AW’s Technical Support Instant Messenger Service

Affiliate Window has launched a real-time communication service for technical queries that need a simple and quick answer. This handy feature will not replace our existing support ticketing system, but will run in conjunction with it, answering queries such as “I’ve forgotten my password”, “Where in my account do I find merchant banners?” and “When is the next AW payment run”. It will allow merchants, affiliates and agencies to drop the technical support team a brief message and receive an immediate reply.

    Hi Matthew,

    Have asked technical services about this and will keep you posted asap. Just to clarify though, G-Talk refers to Google correct?

    Hi Matthew,

    I spoke with our Head of Technical Services today and she said that as of now they are going to see how well the instant messenger services performs for us before implementing any additional chat services such as G-Talk. I’ll keep you posted if this is something that we take-up.
