Valentine’s Day can make people do crazy things; while some people choose the special day to let that ONE person know that they love them, here at Affiliate Window we’re going even further… From this day forward, we’re declaring our undying love for all of our publishers as we launch “live chat” across our interface.
The live chat is integrated directly into the interface so there is no need to install any applications or software. If you ever need an answer quickly, you can now launch a session and talk in real-time to one of our dedicated support staff and unlike MSN, this new feature is supported by a team of eight during working hours which means there will always be a contact online.

This new tool allows us to automatically identify the publisher we’re dealing with as soon as the live chat is engaged, as well as keeping a record of any previous questions or queries ensuring the account history is always available. It also allows for our team to access any publisher account during the chat thus giving the option for troubleshooting in real time.
Please note: the existing ticketing system will still be fully supported and serviced as per usual.
