The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies 2009
March 3rd, 2009Never one to rest on our laurels, Digital Window has not only made it into 2009s ‘The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For’, but we’ve also improved on last year’s performance. In 2008 we came in at 100 in the charts with a 1 star accreditation, this year we sit in 95th position with a 2 star status.

Of all the awards Digital Window has received, this is possibly our greatest achievement of all, as the scores come directly from DW staff feedback. If this were the Oscars, this accolade would be the equivalent of ‘The Actors Actor Award’ which explains why Kevin Brown, our CEO, is so pleased with the outcome. He says; “This year we have made it again to the Sunday Times, Best Companies to work for and we are up from position 100 to 95. Personally that means a lot to me. A company is nothing without the people who represent it and DW has been built with great people.”
Here are our results in greater detail; we do appreciate that there is still room for improvement but we are already on our way to implementing ideas and solutions that will help us grow further as a company, all of which are a direct result of our staff’s valuable input.
A huge thank you to everyone at HQ for helping Digital Window achieve this award for the second year in a row; here’s to a Best Companies hat trick in 2010.
Sam.
