Switching to an affiliate model has allowed Tom to streamline his running of the business whilst maintaining a sustainable income.

mouse keyboardPerformance statistics have always been an essential part of an affiliate network’s offering; as an industry premised on payment for sales, understanding conversions, earnings and ROI is imperative.

When affiliates search for programmes to promote, a number of metrics might be considered in order to determine the effort and scope of that promotion. While the commission rate will play a major part, additional factors such as conversion rates or average order values will come into play. Additionally when advertisers are assessing performance across their affiliate base they look at how successful they are at converting their visitors and the basket sizes they are driving.

Simplifying integration for advertisers – Affiliate Window tracking tag now implemented with Google Tag Manager

Affiliate Window’s tracking tag has now been implemented as a plugin within Google Tag Manager (GTM).

This means Affiliate Window can now offer clients using GTM a simple, template-driven integration that will take all the hard work and development hours out of integrating an affiliate programme.

Breaking down technical barriers for clients and giving advertisers an easy way to get started in affiliate marketing is a fundamental objective of the company, and this partnership with GTM is another step towards making affiliate marketing as accessible as possible to potential clients.
